Briana Monakino is a young sixteen year old girl who has a deep passion for horses.
Briana grew up always dreaming of owning her very own horse.
One day her dream finally came true and she was gifted with the most beautiful horse anyone could ever ask for, she named him G-Money. His registered name was a bit too long to be yelling out as a name, so she took the first letter of his second name and then the last part of his name and put the two together and thus, G-Money was named.
In the past three years Briana has taken her digital artwork and her love for horses to the next level. She began writing a story about her horse and her own uniquely designed characters. Days went by and her story grew bigger and became more popular. Well now Briana, or as most like to call her "Pain," has many fans of not only Stand Alone, but of her artwork and photography as well. She is very proud and feels very blessed to have come so very far with all of her hard work. Briana plans to one day stumble across the right person that will help her turn her series into an Anime series. She believes that she can accomplish that dream and be the first person to create an Anime series based on equines.
The Idea:
The whole idea of Stand Alone was based on a world that Briana could escape to when she felt sad or lonely. Briana created Stand Alone a few months after her Grandfather passed away and her father basically disowned her. Briana lives with her mother, who she loves dearly.
Briana wanted to create a fictional Anime type story that would have the plot of equines. Stand Alone is designed as a roleplay, so therefore it will be read as one. Meaning there will be not only a lot of action, but drama and betrayal too. The way the story is written, you feel as if you are right there with the characters as they embark on some of the wildest journy's you could only dream of. It's as if you could just reach out and touch G-Money's mane, or hear Magnum, the lead stallion's galloping hooves thundering over the wide open fields. The possibilities are near endless when it comes to the story. Not only os there equines, but canines and humans too. This story pretty much has it all. And will be something that will have you talking for years to come.
The artist behind the artwork:
Besides drawing her artwork, taking pictures and writing Stand Alone, Briana also enjoys other things in her life. Such as: Riding her horse, going trail riding with friends, traveling to different places. And she's really into the Japanese culture. She would like to one day go to Japan and learn more about the culture and it's kind people.
Briana is always looking to meet new people and make new friends along the way. Life's journey for her is just waiting around the corner. So any new people that she can befriend is great.
Briana's "style" is rather different than most people, and so is her view on life. She is very open minded and is always willing to listen when someone is in need. It's unlkie Briana to ever say an unkind word to anyone. She is mostly known as a quiet soul, and someone that stays to herself. Like a lone wolf that has chosen her path, not because she is not wanted by other packs, she just prefers the lone wolf lifestyle.
Briana's bond with her horse, G-Money, goes very deep. Without him, Stand Alone wouldn't be alive and runing today. So we have a lot to thank him for.
